(FAQ)Withdrawals

How do I withdraw an item from cs2shake to CS2?

All items that you have opened from cases are automatically added to your cs2shake inventory. To use those items in CS2 you must send them to yourself through Steam’s trade offers. You must do the following:

  • Go to your cs2shake inventory page here: https://cs2shake.com/index/user/backpack.html or by clicking on your profile image
  • Mouse over the item (or tap on mobile) that you want to send
  • Click on ACCEPT button
  • Wait for a trade offer and accept it on Steam

The system will start sending your item once you click the button. This process can take up to 45 minutes.

Note:

  • The privacy settings of your Steam profile and inventory must be Public. No one can send you any trades if your privacy is set to Private.
  • Make sure you can actually trade on Steam. Just send any trade offer to your friend! If it works, you’re all set.
  • Check your Trade Offer URL on cs2shake and on Steam – they should be the same. Whenever you create a new Trade URL, your old one becomes useless.
  • You must have active Steam Guard protection for 15 days to use the Steam trades system.
Do I need to make a deposit before I can withdraw items?

Yes. You must make a deposit to your balance at least once to enable item withdrawal. Minimum deposit amount is $4.

I got error 415 when trying to send an item. What should I do?

Error 415 means you cannot use Steam trade offers. There are several reasons for this:

  • Your Steam Trade URL on cs2shake is no longer valid. You need to open your Steam and copy your current link https://steamcommunity.com/id/me/tradeoffers/privacy#trade_offer_access_url Then update it in your cs2shake profile https://cs2shake.com/index/user/backpack.html
  • Steam privacy settings are set to Private. The privacy settings of your Steam profile and inventory must be Public. No one can send you any trades if your privacy is set to Private.
  • Steam Guard not enabled for 15 days. You must have active Steam Guard protection for 15 days to use the Steam trades system. You can check this by sending a trade offer to a friend.
  • Recently Canceled An Accepted Trade. If you choose to cancel any of your accepted trades that are in a trade hold, your account will be restricted from trading for 7 days.
  • Recent Password Reset. If you forget your password and need to reset it, you will be restricted from trading for 5 days. If your account has not had any activity for more than two months, these restrictions will apply for 30 days.
  • VAC Ban. If a VAC Ban, cooldown or overwatch ban has been registered on your account, you will no longer have access to the CS2 store, or be able to make trades for CS2 items.
  • You have changed your profile name and temporarily cannot use Steam exchanges for two hours.

I’ve been waiting for a Steam trade offer for a long time. When will it come?

It can take up to 45 minutes to send a Steam trade offer for a usual delivery and up to 24 hours for a delayed delivery.
Please wait a little while and you will receive a trade offer.

Please contact tech support if you are waiting longer than the specified time.Should you have any more questions or issues, feel free to reach out.

I get a message about delayed delivery when I click on the button. What’s that?

Some items on cs2shake may have a trade hold. When you try to withdraw such an item, you will see a message telling you that you can send the item with a delayed delivery or exchange it for another item that does not have a trade hold. The new item will automatically be sent to you when exchanged and this will be displayed in your cs2shake inventory. The item sent with a delayed shipment will be delivered to you within 24 hours.

I accidentally rejected an incoming trade offer. What should I do?

Don’t worry, your item will automatically return to cs2shake after 1 hour. You can send it back again.

There is a Steam limit on the number of connections per hour to your inventory and constant cancellations of incoming exchange offers may be a temporary reason for not being able to send you a trade offer.

There is a text that the item is no longer available. How can I fix that?

Don’t worry and just wait about 10 minutes and resend your item. This can happen during unstable Steam servers. Please don’t forget to update your cs2shake page.
